Oscar PHYLINE was born in the Amur region of the Far East of the USSR. He started playing the violin at the age of six. He was ten years old when he started performing at stage directed by his brother Anatoly Artamonov. After studying music at the  Gnessin State Musical Academy in Moscow he graduated as a Conductor and an Opera singer. After that he developed his professionalism tutored by Jeanne Berber (Paris), Michelle WEGWART (London), Sergio BERTOCCHI and Gianfranco BRIZIO (Italy) and Mr. Vladimir GALUZINE (Brussels) and Nikolai OKHOTNIKOV (St Petersburg).  Between 1987-1991 he conducted the Young Musicians Orchestra of the Ministry of Culture of the USSR and the Chamber Choir «Academy of Sacred Music». In France he sang as a soloist at the National Rhine Opera, Opera National de Paris, was involved in the production of CROUS with the International Philharmonic Orchestra de Paris, took part in  the official holiday concerts Johannes de la ville d'Orleans and performed with the Orchestra The violin virtuoso at Saint Chapelle in Paris. He is regularly invited to «Nuits Musicales de Bazoches ». In 2001, he was involved in filming a documentary on the life of Shostakovich (production "Sheldon Rich &Associates, New York). In February 2008, he sang « Queen of Spade » at Theatro Lyrico di Cagliari. In April 2008, he sang the cantata "The Bells" of Rachmaninoff with the  Orleans Philharmonic Orchestra. Starting 2005 he is a leader of  the International Center for Artistic Research “The New Opera”. He gives master classes and works with different ensembles.

 Oscar PHYLINE est né dans la région d’Amour à l’Extrême Orient de l’URSS.
A commencé le violon à l’âge de six ans. Devient comédien à dix ans dans les mises en scène de son frère Anatoly ARTAMONOV.
Après des études musicales à l’Académie Nationale Supérieure de Musique Gnessine à Moscou il obtient les Diplômes d’État de chef de Chœur et de Chant Lyrique. Il se perfectionne ensuite avec Jeanne BERBIE (Paris), Michelle WEGWART (Londres), M. Sergio BERTOCCHI et Gianfranco BRIZIO (Italie) et M. Vladimir GALUZINE (Bruxelles) et Nikolaï OKHOTNIKOV (St Peterbourg).

Entre 1987-1991 a dirigé l’Orchestre des Jeunes Musiciens du Ministère de la Culture d’URSS, le Chœur de Chambre "Académie de la Musique Sacrée". En France il a chanté comme soliste à l’Opéra National du Rhin, l’Opéra National de Paris, participe à la production du CROUS de Paris avec l’Orchestre Philharmonique International de Paris, aux concerts officiels des Fêtes Johanniques de la ville d’Orléans et se produit avec l’Orchestre Les Violons Virtuoses à la Saint Chapelle à Paris. Il est régulièrement invité aux « Nuits Musicales de Bazoches ». En  2008, il a interprété Sourine dans «La Dame de Pique » au Theatro Lyrico di Cagliari (Italy),  la cantate "Les Cloches" de S. Rachmaninov avec l’Orchestre Philharmonique d’Orléans et les récitals avec l'organiste Slava SHAVLIAKOV  au Festival International d'Andorre dans le Cathédrale de Chalon-sur-Saône. Il donne des master-class et travaille avec différentes formations musicales. En 2001, participe à la réalisation d’un documentaire sur la vie de Chostakovitch (production “Sheldon Rich & Associates”, New-York). Il dirige à partir de 2005 le Centre International de Recherche Artistique Nouvel Opéra.
